Here is a great kickbox routine for your next high intensity class

Here is a fun sequence for your next class. I teach this morning at 940am and plan to try it out. In my opinion, the best way to keep yourself in high demand with your members as well as making it fun for yourself is to keep changing you music and your routines. Here is a sure fire hit!
Let me know your thoughts once you have tried it.
Combo #1: (R leg forward)
R knee strike (1,2)
L front kick (3,4)
R sidekick (5,6)
R roundhouse kick (7,8)
**boxer shuffle between each 8 count**
Combo #2: (R leg forward)
R jab (1,2)
R hook (3,4)
L uppercut (5,6)
R sidekick (7,8)
Combo #3: (R leg forward)
R double jab (1,2)
L cross (3)
R hook (4)
L uppercut 2x (5,6,7,8)
Combo #4: (R leg forward)
R jab (1)
L cross (2)
R knee strike (3,4)
L front kick (5,6)
R front kick (7,8)
Combo #5: (R leg forward)
R knee strike (1,2)
L front kick (3,4)
R roundhouse (5,6)
L spin-side kick (7,8)
*toward front of room ~ plant L foot down in front*
L jab/R cross 2x (1,2,3,4)
Boxer shuffle 4 counts (5,6,7,8)
