Ingredients:
Cut the chicken breast in stripes. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the chicken for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel and mince the shallots. Peel and shred the ginger.
Add the shallots and ginger in the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, shred the zest of one lime. Get the juice out of the 2 limes.
Add the lime juice in the skillet with the chicken stock mixture, salt and pepper.
Cook for 8 minutes on low heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon.
Pour the preparation in a serving plate and add the chive.
Serve immediately.
