Mussels with Garlic and Olive Oil (low carb)

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 7 minutes
Servings: 4
 
Ingredients:
4 liters mussels, well washed
3 garlic gloves, peeled
4 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
 
  • Cut the garlic cloves in half.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the garlic. Cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently with a wooden spoon. Add the mussels, salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes on high heat. Stir frequently.
  • When all the mussels are opened, transfer them on a serving dish.
  • Serve immediately.
