Calamari with Red, Green and Yellow Pepper

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 9 minutes
Servings: 4
 
Ingredients:
1 red pepper, seeded and minced
1 green pepper, seeded and minced
1 yellow pepper, seeded and minced
3 garlic gloves, peeled and pressed
1 white onion, peeled and minced
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb frozen calamari, peeled and cut in pieces
2 tomatoes, peeled and diced
½ cup dry white wine
2 pinches cayenne pepper
3 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon cilantro, minced
Salt and pepper
 
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the peppers, onion and pressed garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add the frozen calamari, tomatoes, wine, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Toss well.
  • Cover the saucepan and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add the sour cream and 1 tablespoon cilantro, stir well.
  • Transfer the preparation in a serving plate. Sprinkle with the remaining cilantro.
  • Serve immediately.
