Tomato and Mozzarella Salad (low carb)

Preparation: 10 minutes

Servings: 4
 
Ingredients:
8 olive tomatoes
1 cucumber (optional)
½ lb fresh mozzarella
1 handful fresh chopped basil
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper
 
  • Wash and dry and slice the tomatoes.
  • Slice the cucumber and mozzarella.
  • In a serving plate, alternate layers of tomatoes, cucumber and mozzarella slices.
  • Pour the olive oil on top and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle basil over the salad.
