Roast Beef Salad (low carb)

Ingredients:
½ pound thinly sliced lean roast beef
2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small head romaine lettuce, shredded (about 8 cups)
 
  • Cut the beef slices into ¼-inch-thick strips.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh chives, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add the lettuce and beef, toss until well coated.
  • Serve immediately.
