Creamy Zucchini soup

Zucchini in a creamy soup is bound to add variety to your next meal. Ready in under 15 minutes, it combines zucchini with vache kiri or Maytag white cheddar cheese for a flavor all its own.
Preparation: 3 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 zucchinis
10 portions of vache kiri (if you can’t find this cheese, you can substitute it with 8 ounces Maytag White Cheddar cheese, grated
)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped tarragon
Salt and pepper
  • Wash and coarsely chop the zucchinis. Put the zucchinis in a pot with half a glass of water.
  • Cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, take the cheese out of its aluminum packing. Add the cheese to the pot.
  • Puree soup in a blender or food processor.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
