Thinking you have to do it all often leaves you completing little. Learn to focus on a few important tasks, knock those out, and move on to other tasks.
People who think they have to accomplish everything yesterday, almost always end up with half finished projects and feelings of anxiety.
While it's fine to include everything you have to do on your Master List, only pull a maximum of 4-6 items per day to your Daily To Do List, and work on those. Be sure most of the items are high priority, and just a few of them are lower priority.
Each day, focus on only those items on your Daily To Do List, and don't put anything else on that list until those items are complete.
If you find that you always get all of your items done with time to spare, then you may be able to put one or two more items on your list per day.
If you find that you're having difficulties finishing 4-6 items, then just put 2-4 items on your list instead.
By the end of each day, you should be able to enjoy your evening, feeling good about everything you accomplished.
