Here is a helpful Checklist to give you tips and advice throughout the month.

July 1 Today is Canada Day! It’s a great excuse to make a simple Maple syrup sundae for dessert this evening. All you need is 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, topped with slivered almonds and maple syrup.
