This checklist will give you a helping hand so that you can plan your day with ease.
Check your calendar.
Make a note of your busy and free blocks of time. Note any errands or tasks you would like to complete.
Take a brief moment to evaluate and prioritize tomorrows tasks.
Group tasks that happen within the same context (environment).
What needs to be accomplished and in what context? Thinking of tasks in context will help you be able to group like tasks together so that you can save time by consolidating, errands that need to be completed – like picking up milk can be linked with deliver check for rent, because they are both errands and you will have to be out of the house to complete it. Having them on a grouped list will help you consolidate tasks, here is another context you can use at/computer – you can group checking your email and paying online bills together.

The best time to plan for tomorrow is today.
Now that you have looked over your schedule and prioritized tasks you can slot them into the best place.
Remember when allocating tasks you should always plan for the unexpected. Leave a little room for interruptions. |
Me time. Dedicate a little time everyday to yourself. This is a good way to keep your momentum through stressful jam packed days. |
Do one task on tomorrows ‘To do’ list.
You can set the breakfast table or marinate the ingredients for tomorrows dinner. This way you’ll always be ahead of your schedule.
