23rd-25th,2009. Based on a list of challenges and struggles that were submittedpre-conference, Mildred tailored a presentation entitled Organizing Your Office Space – Work Smarter, Not Harder to theprecise needs of the program administrators, volunteer managers and public affairsofficers in attendance.
