Want to be healthier? Commit the next 90 days to "Going Green," or removing much of the soda, tap water, animal products, alcohol and other processed foods from your diet. You'll reach your optimal health and have a longer and more energetic life.
When you start eating living/green foods, you will be able to reach your optimal health and have a longer and more energetic life. All of your body cells, organs and systems will operate in perfect balance. A healthy body system requires proper enzyme capacity, acid-base balance and a healthy digestive tract. These can be achieved through a living/green foods diet. Knowing that what we put into our bodies can prevent us from being healthy, it is critical for our society to “cut the crap out” and go green.
Changing food habits and addictions, however, can be a hard task to take on. Slowly and steady wins the race. If you take it slow, the changes you’ll make will be more permanent and natural. The following plan will help you with integrating this new eating lifestyle step by step, in 90 days.
